SECOND YEAR OF COLLEGE LIFE
My second year brings new experiences !

Life in college as a sophomore has brought new challenges and new activities.  Where my first year was a huge adjustment, just dealing with my new found independence, my second year has found me more comfortable in my surroundings.

I find I have learned how to better juggle my time, allowing me the luxury of attending more college sponsored functions.  There is certainly a trick to prioritizing classes with having fun.  Go figure!

Certainly my classes are harder, but my focus seems to be better, and I am able to balance the distractions of roommates, activities, and my parents calling constantly to check up on me much better than the first year of college.

I have have actually joined a new club, and am working out regularly, preparing for the upcoming softball season, of which I am part of.  Looking back on my first year I don't think I had yet learned how to manage all the distractions of being out on my own.

Although the year is still new, I look forward to more activities, making my college career a memorable one !!
